What we collect

• Email addresses typed into the payment-link request form. Until a list is connected, the form only checks the address and redirects with a status. It does not write a marketing database.
• Order and payment data handled by Stripe if you use a Payment Link. Stripe processes card numbers. We do not see the full card.
• Name and shipping address Stripe collects to fulfil an order.
• Guarantee-claim files you send (ticket screenshot, sizer photo).
• Server logs (IP, user agent) needed to run the site.

Why we use it

To reply to a payment-link request, take and fulfil an order, handle a return or guarantee claim, meet Irish accounting duties, and keep the site secure. Bases: contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests, and consent where you ask us to email you.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, if you pay via Payment Link.
• The EU/UK warehouse and parcel carrier, once fulfilment is live.
• Host and email provider, once those are connected.

We do not sell addresses. We do not run advertising pixels on this site.

How long we keep it

Orders: as long as Irish/EU tax and consumer-law duties require. Marketing addresses: until you ask us to delete them. Logs: a short rotation.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you may object to certain processing. Complain to the Data Protection Commission (Ireland) or your local EU/UK authority.

This marketing site does not set advertising cookies. The host or Stripe may set essential cookies if you open checkout.
